Secure Payment Solutions for Call Centers

FreedomPay's platform is fully integrated into the NetSuite ERP order fulfillment process and provides a comprehensive PCI-validated point-to-point encryption solution for back-office phone order processing. The PCI-validated solution simply plugs into a terminal allowing for manual credit card entry through a 10-key pad device that fully encrypts the credit card data prior to entering the system. Card information can be entered for phone orders or card present transactions can be simply swiped through the 10-key pad device.
